About Sky Crochet

Sky Crochet is an independent craft blog with free crochet patterns and step-by-step tutorials for beginners and experienced makers.

Who writes it

My name is Emily Rose. I write and organize the tutorials here, explaining materials, measurements, construction and finishing in a clear way so you can start with confidence.

What you will find here

Beginner-friendly crochet patterns and tutorials.
Flower, accessory, baby and home projects.
Tips on yarn, hooks, gauge, finishing and troubleshooting.

Testing and measurements

Each article says whether its project was made and tested. Unless an article states that, treat the measurements and yarn amounts as a guide and work a small swatch first. Yarn, hook size, tension and personal technique can change the result.

About our images

The images on this site are illustrative and may be AI-generated. They are not photos of tested samples unless the article says so.
